We offer mums and bubs classes, 1:1 PT sessions or online coaching. Find out more information below!

Mums and bubs classes

Mums and bubs group fitness classes are designed to help busy mums fit in a workout during their day! Bring your little ones along! 

Join us for 45 minutes of Functional Strength Training! Classes will include a variety of exercises and are able to be modified to suit all fitness levels. There is no pressure to keep up with everyone else, you can go at your own pace and stop to attend to your little ones when needed.

Personal Training

Join me for personalised training sessions designed specifically to you and your journey. Together, we'll rebuild strength, boost confidence, and achieve a consistent routine that works with you. With customised workout plans, guidance, ongoing motivation, and support, you'll be leaving each session energised and ready to for the day!

1:1 Online Coaching

Online coaching is a great option for those who don't want to do in-person coaching. It is available to anyone based in New Zealand. Online coaching is a convenient, effective and very flexible way to achieve your health and fitness goals.

8 week Lifestyle Program

My 8-week Lifestyle Program is designed to help you feel healthy, fit and strong in your postpartum body. It is recommended to join this program at least 3 months postpartum.
