Outline of the program
Phase 1 - The focus of phase one is to navigate your new program and create a routine. Building a solid foundation to help you stay accountable to achieving your health and fitness goals. During phase 1 you will receive a strength training program, plus daily and weekly focusses. Your workouts will stay the same for 4 weeks and you will be focusing on progressive overload (increasing weight, reps, sets. or tempo)
Phase 2 - The focus of phase two is to continue to develop your routine and create consistency. Phase 2 will be similar to Phase 1 focusing on compound movements and progressive overload.

- 8-week training program split into 2 phases each 4 weeks long
- Access to my training app with video demonstrations and the ability to track strength progress, body stats, steps, water etc.
- Facebook community group full of likeminded women on their own health and fitness journey
- Constant support and accountability
