These classes are designed to help you build CONFIDENCE, STRENGTH and CONSISTENCY postpartum! Classes are 45 minutes of functional strength training including a full body warmup, workout and a nice long stretch to finish

What do I need to bring to a class?All equipment is supplied including mats but if you prefer your own, bring that along! I would suggest bringing a water bottle and anything that makes your baby feel comfortable during classes whether that be blankets, toys etc.

How long are the classes?The sessions are 45 mins long. Which includes a warm-up, dynamic stretching, the main workout, cool down and static stretching.

Do I have to be fit to attend?No, not at all! We cater for all fitness levels and all exercises can be modified. Work at your own pace, no need to keep up with everyone else.

Class passesWhen purchasing class passes, they are for 1 person only. You cannot split between people. If you book into a class, and you don't show up, a session will be deducted from your pass.

Cancellation policyIf you pay for a casual class and do not show up to the class you have booked you will not be offered a refund or a make-up session. If you have a class pass, and you do not show up to a class you have booked a session will be deducted from your pass as you have booked for that space. If you wish to cancel any classes please give me 24 hours notice prior to the class starting, just to allow room for others that may miss out.
