10 Reasons why you might not be losing weight!

2. Over-consuming calories - Not knowing the amount of calories that is best suited for you and your lifestyle to lose weight and just eating whatever

3. Under-consuming calories - YES this is a thing. Eating too less calories can actually not help lose weight. As your body will hold onto the calories you consume as your body needs food to survive.

4. Binge eating

5. You're not sleeping well

6. Not eating enough of each macro - Protein, Carbohydrates and fats

7. Not drinking enough water

8. Not counting calories of your drinks - YES coffee, juice, energy drinks all have calories and add up to your calorie intake.

9. FAD dieting - keto, generic 1500 calorie plan, trying every diet to exist

10. Over exercising


When it comes to losing weight, it is all about the nutrition. You need to be in a calorie deficit yo lose weight. Training is about 10-20% of your journey of losing weight whereas it is 80-90% nutrition.
