Getting started!

Where do I start? When do I start? What do I do?


Finding where to start in your fitness journey can be challenging. You might know what you want but unsure of how to do it. For example you might want to lose weight, but unsure of the process! Do I do keto, fasting, no carbs, 1500 calorie plan, 6 week challenge? STOP RIGHT THERE.


Most of those things I listed can be detrimental to your health and create a negative relationship with food. A generic 1500 calorie plan can cause some problems as its not set to your calorie needs, your macros and your lifestyle!


First start off with your goal, how much, when by, then come up with a plan. How am I going to get there?
