1. Keep reminding yourself of your goals
What is your why? Why do you workout? Reminding yourself of your goals will remind you why you do what you do and will help you just get up and go do it. I promise you, you will never regret a workout.
2. Put your phone alarm on the other side of the room
Having to get out of bed to turn your alarm off will make you get out of bed for starters. But it will also stop you from procrastinating about whether you should get out of bed.
3. Get your clothes ready before bed
The next tip is to get your clothes for the next day ready before you go to bed. If you are an early morning workout person, having your clothes ready will make it that bit easier to just do a workout.
4. Layer up and keep warm
If you don’t like the cold but want to continue working out during winter, make sure to layer up. If you like outdoor walks wear a jumper and jacket, keep warm. Don’t use the cold as an excuse. Plus once you start walking, you will get warm!
5. Go for walks with friends or family
Having someone to go for walks with will help you keep accountable and will help you get your exercise. Plus you are meeting up with someone and exercising, the perfect way to do it I reckon, killing 2 birds with 1 stone!
6. Plan the days when you are going to move your body
