It’s a new week - Put yourself first!!

This week I am challenging you to do something that makes you feel good - Whatever it is, tag me on instagram @stepbystepfitnessss and lets uplift each other!

Sometimes it is hard to find a routine that works for you and your lifestyle. Start by incorporate 1-2 daily habits and then once they are part of your routine practice more. Don’t start by doing 1000 things at once, it wont stick as there is too much on your plate and you won’t be consistent. It is better to be consistent than to slack off after a week of trying. Consistency leads to results!!'
Also remember it doesn’t need to be a new day, new week or new month to try these healthy habits or to better yourself! Start now! What is holding you back? If you are unsure of anything make sure to reach out to someone that can help you..
Here are 10 healthy habits I am trying to incorporate into my routine!! Key word TRYING - Some days I don’t complete all of these and that is okay! Remember sometime life gets in the way…
1. Go for a walk at least 2x a week
2. Get at least 6,000 steps
3. Read my book for 20 mins
4. Journal daily
5. Drink 2L of water
6. Practice daily affirmations
7. Get about 7-9 hours of sleep
8. Workout at least 3x a week
9. Being responsible for my food choices
10. Educate and learn more
