Salted Caramel Smoothie

Ingredients
1.5 cups almond milk
4 dates
1/2 banana
1 tsp almond butter
1 tsp cacao nibs
1 tsp chia seeds
2 scoops of protein powder
Sprinkle of salt
Handful of ice

- Soak dates in hot water before adding to the blender
