Tips for taking fitness outdoors

Here are some tips to make exercise fun during summer! It can be difficult to carry on your fitness routine during the summer months. I encourage you to try out some of the tips to make it fun :)


1. Go for hikes
2. Workout outside
3. Go for walks along the beach
4. Water sports like kayaking or paddle boarding
5. Park workout - use a bench for step-ups, tricep dips etc
6. Play a sport
7. Join a mums and bubs class at Riverhead Rugby club
8. Bike ride
